Cancellation & refund policy

Please review the terms below before confirming your booking. These terms apply to every reservation made through Barefoot Scuba.

1. 1Cancellations received 30 or more days before scheduled arrival — 95% refund.
2. 2Cancellations less than 30 days in advance of arrival — no refund.
3. 3No refund for cancellations on bookings between 15th December and 5th January.
4. 4No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
5. 5Cancellations outside the cancellation policy will attract a 5% cancellation penalty.
6. 6No refunds will be offered on Government Ferry, Makruzz or other private ferry tickets if already purchased.
7. 7For payments made via Credit Card, a 5% gateway charge is deducted from any refund due before remittance.
8. 8For international bank accounts, any bank charges are to be borne by the guest. We will remit the refund amount as per this policy.
